What happens to your information when you use this website.

Preview — not yet ready for public launch.

The operator’s identity, contact details and hosting information still need to be confirmed. This notice describes the current preview and must be completed before launch.

01 / Who is responsible?

The legal organisation responsible for DISTRICT has not yet been confirmed. The operator’s identity and contact details must be completed before this website launches or accepts registrations.

A dedicated contact for privacy questions has not yet been supplied. See the legal notice.

02 / The membership form

The form asks for your name and email address, with optional university or college and field of study. In this preview, entered details stay in the form: the website does not submit them to a server or save them in browser storage. Registration is not active.

Before registration opens, this notice must explain the actual membership processing, its legal basis, recipients, retention periods, any international transfers and whether particular details are required. No newsletter or marketing subscription is currently active.

03 / Visiting the website

Your browser sends technical information, including an IP address and requested page, to the server to retrieve the website. The production hosting provider, any server log retention and the applicable processing details have not yet been confirmed.

The current frontend includes no visitor analytics, advertising trackers, profiling or automated membership decisions. See the cookie policy.

04 / Your rights

Depending on the processing and its legal basis, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority. The operator’s contact channel for exercising your rights must be made available before launch.

05 / Updates

This notice describes the current preview. It must be updated when the hosting environment, registration process or other data processing changes.
